Return and Refund Policy

At Akla Oak’s E-Book Shoppy, we strive to provide high-quality digital products and a smooth shopping experience. As our products are delivered electronically in PDF format, please review our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Product Policy

All eBooks sold on our platform are digital products delivered via email as a PDF download link. Once the payment is confirmed, the download link is automatically sent to your Gmail.

2. No Returns

Since the products are digital and instantly delivered, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. There is no way to “return” a digital file once it has been sent.

3. No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for:

Accidental purchases
Change of mind
Incompatibility with your device
Download or access issues caused by incorrect email entry

However, if you did not receive the download link due to a technical issue or entered the wrong email, please contact us immediately. We will verify your payment and resend the link if needed.

4. Damaged or Corrupt Files

If the file you receive is damaged or unreadable, please notify us within 48 hours of purchase. We will send a new working copy of the same file after verification.
